From the Starting Blocks to a Lifelong Passion

For me, sports isn’t just a hobby—it’s in my DNA. Even as a child, movement was my greatest joy, which eventually led to 10 years in professional sports. As a 100m sprinter, I learned what it truly means to push past limits and chase those crucial milliseconds.

But for me, athleticism doesn’t end at the finish line. Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise through CrossFit, calisthenics, and HYROX. This unique blend of explosiveness, functional strength, and endurance is exactly what I want to share with you.

To provide the best possible guidance, I hold both A and B trainer licenses, combining elite-level practical experience with strong theoretical knowledge.
